Hale’s hardwoods started out as The Shennan/Hale Hardwoods Experience in 1988. Back then Pete Hale with his partner Tony Shennan toiled throughout San Francisco from Pacific Heights to Bernal Heights for 5 years. Then Pete moved to Petaluma and started Hale’s Hardwoods. Since then the focus has been mainly in Sonoma and Marin Counties sometimes venturing to the East Bay and Napa.
